New Adinyl Konvex (AK) and Tau Konvex (TK) series
Tau Konvex (TK) and Adinyl Konvex (AK) series have been engineered to ensure the lowest rolling resistance; they are characterized by the convex (crowned) wheel profile and a thicker elastic cast polyurethane coating – LAG’s proprietary formula.
On top of reducing the rolling friction, the crowned tread makes the change of direction easier, increasing the general handling of the trolley.
The convex profile and LAG’s elastic cast polyurethane, together halve the (push) force needed to maintain the motion of the trolley constant, compared to wheels with flat (trapezoidal) profile coated in classic cast polyurethane.

This is why they are commonly employed in automotive (TK) and food & pharma (AK).
The TK Series is available with zinc-plated brackets series M22, M40 and P60.
The AK Series is available with stainless steel brackets series X20 and X40, and zinc-plated brackets series M22 and M40.
