In either cases we take care of <u>exporting<\/u> duty costs. For this reason we shall issue a \u201c<em><strong>Long Term Declaration of Preferential Origin<\/strong><\/em>\u201d for all goods supplied unless otherwise stated on invoice.<\/p>\n<p>We are also obliged to state your <strong>EORI ID<\/strong> and contact details on our invoices: they will be used by the Forwarders to contact you for import customs clearance.<br \/>\nAs mentioned previously, in case you have a <strong>Custom Agent<\/strong>, please provide us the Company name, contact email and telephone details so that we may add it to your file and have our Forwarder cooperate with them.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Please provide this information ASAP so that orders can be processed swiftly<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><u style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Packaging &amp; fumigation<\/strong><\/u><\/h5>\n<p>Our deliveries comply to the new requirements for <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">packaging specifications<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400;\"> relating to wood cases &amp; pallets. For the latter fumigation is required to ensure that no parassites are getting a piggy bach ride. Without this compliance, goods may be stopped and either returned or forced to a fumigation treatment prior to their release. Obviously this is expensive and causes further delay in transit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"moz-signature\"><u><strong>Transit time &amp; Possible delays<\/strong><\/u><\/h5>\n<p class=\"moz-signature\">There are still some slight <strong>delays of the transport services to and from the United Kingdom<\/strong> due to the customs procedures and, in some instances, to the added COVID-19 checks.
