WHY THIS NOTICE

By using this site and the tools it contains, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described below in this Privacy Policy. We briefly anticipate that all data provided to LAG SPA staff through the website www.lagspa.it, by telephone or otherwise, will be used by the company for purposes exclusively related to the performance of the activities you have requested, and to what connected to them, including the obligations of fiscal and accounting management.

The data provided will be managed in compliance with Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, n. 101 which adapts the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196) to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR.

Methods of data processing

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with the obligations of adapting to minimum security measures.

Our portal may host links or embed code from other websites, not managed by us. In that case, we are not responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publications of illegal moral content, advertisements, banners or files that do not comply with current regulations and compliance with the Privacy regulations by such sites. Security of Personal Data

We are committed to keeping your Personal Data safe. We use secure communication and data transmission protocols (such as the HTTPS protocol). We use anonymization and pseudonymization where appropriate. We constantly monitor our systems to prevent cyber attacks and avoid vulnerabilities. The site is equipped with security software and the web space, rented from REGISTER.IT, is also constantly monitored by the supplier (see their policy here: https://www.register.it/gdpr/). We regularly carry out security backups, in order to be able to restore the contents of the site and database if necessary.

Despite these and other precautions taken, we cannot guarantee that the information hosted on the systems we use is 100% secure. In the event of a cyber attack, we undertake to notify the relevant authorities within the time limits set by the regulations, and we will also inform all the Individuals involved. We will do everything possible to prevent and counter any attempt to breach the security of the systems, placing ourselves at the disposal of the supervisory authorities.

Children

On the site we do not knowingly and deliberately collect any data relating to children or persons under the age of 16, and for no reason would we have an interest in doing so.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

LAG S.p.a. reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to supervening law, as well as taking into due consideration the suggestions made by employees, customers, collaborators and users. In the event of changes to this Privacy Policy by LAG S.p.a., the word ‘update’ will be displayed next to the link to the Privacy Policy on the main privacy page on the main page of www.lagspa.it.
